Our recent project in Pinole initially kicked off as a mere termite damage door repair and replacement, but soon unfolded into a much larger endeavor. The HANDY-ALL team discovered extensive structural harm concealed behind the stucco and under the door’s framing after removing a series of concrete steps. With the homeowner’s approval, we seized the opportunity to replace the lackluster sliding door as we worked on the framing. Post framing replacement and inspection clearance, we reinstalled the door, alongside refurbishing the exterior plywood and stucco. Not stopping there, we went ahead, at the homeowner’s request, and maneuvered an exterior porch featuring composite decking. Just to add icing on the cake, a fresh coat of paint brightened up the whole side of the house that had undergone stucco replacement.
